Keep your precious pieces perfectly sparkling by following these simple instructions:

  • It is important! Do not expose your MASTERPIECE KINETIC COLLECTION or LIMITED EDITION KINETIC jewellery piece to any water (fresh, chlorinated or salty)
  • The best method to store Sybarite jewellery, pieces are by keeping them straight in a box to avoid their thread from breaking.
  • To protect your jewellry pieces from any blemishes, avoid scratching them against solid surfaces.
  • For the ultimate shine, take off your jewellry pieces whenever you’re about to start any housework or take a shower.
  • For an entire jewellery surface, do not put your jewellery pieces in direct contact with any chemicals such as cleansers, perfumes, hairsprays, etc.
  • For a long-lasting shine to our “Masterpiece” collection, be sure to take them off before you dip into any water, pools or beaches.
  • Remember, the best way to avoid oxidation is to wear your pieces of jewellery rather than store them for a long time.
  • When you’re about to store your jewellery pieces, wrap them in a cotton cloth and put them in their box, this will keep the pieces in their most beautiful form.

We can’t make any changes once you’ve placed your order. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method. However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead by logging into your account.

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us via email: following information:

If you want to send something to someone as a gift then you can use their address as the delivery address for your order.

Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive.

For your security we aren’t able to change the address your order is being sent to. Don’t worry – if you’re not in when a delivery is attempted our delivery partner will leave a card advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you can pick up your parcel.

Someone needs to be in when your parcel is due to be delivered as we may need a signature. However, don’t worry if this isn’t possible as our delivery partner usually tries to deliver more than once. Alternatively they’ll leave a card confirming that they’ve either left it with a neighbour, left it in a safe place, when they will try to redeliver or give you details on how to collect it.

We’ve invested a huge amount of time and resources into making sure our current packaging is as sustainable and environmentally friendly as it can be. We believe our current packaging set-up is the most sustainable we can achieve right now.



  • If you are not completely happy with your purchase from Sybarite Jewellery, we would like to offer you an exchange or a credit note voucher which is valid for 12 months . Please return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. Pieces must be returned unworn, in the original packaging, with security tags in place and certificate. Please include your order number with your return.
  • Individual stores operate their own Terms and Conditions, as a result, the SYBARITE JEWELLERY returns department is only able to accept returns for items bought online.
