The journey of Spring Beauty began with a vision of a white flower. I spent nearly three years perfecting its design—sourcing the tiniest diamond briolettes, experimenting with shapes, and tirelessly working to achieve the ideal soft matte white. Yet, something always felt incomplete. No matter how many attempts I made, the petals lacked the natural delicacy I was searching for.
Frustrated, I began exploring blue tones—and suddenly, the flower came to life. The colour felt organic, vibrant, and full of movement. I knew at once: this was the flower’s true form.
Then, something remarkable happened.
On my birthday, while walking through Kensington Park with my dog, we wandered near the Royal Albert Hall. As she pulled me towards a sunlit clearing, I gasped—before me stretched a meadow of bright blue flowers, their colour an exact match to the ring I had spent years creating. I took a photo, comparing it later to the piece, and the resemblance was undeniable.
When I researched the flower’s name, I smiled in disbelief: it was called Spring Beauty.
It was as if the universe had led me to this moment, confirming that my journey had followed the right path all along.
